On March 21th 2013 a new book was launched by Froukje Sleeswijk Visser. This book is the result of a think tank at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, Delft University of Technology with a group of 25 master students, 8 staff and 9 design practitioners.

In CRISP magazine #2 "Value Matters", Tanja Enninga and Remko van der Lugt talked about a project from STBY; a dynamic boarding information display for train travellers. The dynamic boarding information display is a 180 meter long LED strip suspended above the train platform.

On the 4th of March 2014, the Waag Society and the Design Academy Eindhoven organized a workshop evaluating the relationship between the designer of a PSS and the providers and users of the PSS. In the workshop the assumption that the design is complete once the providers and users engage with the PSS was tested by answering some interesting questions:

As part of CRISP project CASD, start-up Veylinx was featured on this year's edition of the emerce eDay. Emerce eDay is a conference for Dutch marketing professionals and gives a platform for large companies as YouTube and Pixar.

On Wednesday 7th of January 2015, 12 master students of the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology attended a service design workshop, created by PhD candidate Wang Long Li and fellow interaction designer Veerle van 't Hullenaar.
